To learn and to grow, children require a tapestry of love, safety, and challenge. When the challenges youth face exceed the amount of information and support available, therapy can be helpful.  Private, goal oriented, engaging and fun activities can motivate youth to participate in a process they might otherwise avoid.

With over 20 years of clinical expertise, I understand that children's therapy is most effective when the process is meaningful, safe and interesting to them.
In my practice I help youth and families embrace needed change by using their strengths to solve problems.

My whole child approach incorporates lifestyle interventions (health, safety, education, and support) into a broad assessment of the well being and challenges of the person.

I look forward to speaking with you about any of your concerns. Please feel free to contact me @ 512-376-7200 or [email protected] for further questions about my expertise and service.
